I have spent my professional career designing and implementing Community Based Social Marketing Campaigns to boost participation in residential energy efficiency programs. Throughout my time on the ground, I have worked with program administrators, contractors and customers alike to gain a comprehensive perspective on what messages help overcome customer barriers to participation. I have helped utilities, nonprofits and contractors create effective messaging campaigns to boost leads, and worked with them on upsell tactics to increase conversion rates.
My educational background is in communication studies and international environmental policy. I have a bachelor’s from Boston University and am currently completing my master’s in Communication Studies and Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University.
