Jessica and I jointly led an innovative and creative energy efficiency campaign across 14 different Connecticut communities. My experience working with Jess was extremely positive. Jessica thinks very strategically, encourages others to rise to their potential and is extremely driven. She is always thinking outside the box and is one of the most creative and goal driven colleagues I have ever had. She did not believe in setting goals and not achieving them. Under her leadership, we engaged over 130 different communities groups, helped weatherize over 1,324 homes and save over $2,130,000. I learned every basic marketing and design skill I have from her! Those skills have translated greatly in my ability to discuss what makes something compelling and inspires people to act.
